The Kiss Kiss Maddies Lips is a sparkling wine from the Moselle based on Pinot Madeleine, also known as Fruhburgunder, obtained by the method of fermentation in the bottle. Pinot Madeleine is a mutation of Pinot Noir, which has the characteristic of maturing early. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, and is bottled with a slight residual sugar to carry out the refermentation in the bottle and allow the formation of bubbles. Unfiltered and without added sulfur, Kiss Kiss Maddies Lips is a creamy and refreshing wine that offers fruity aromas and excellent acidity and a delicate finish.
