Run as a family business, since 1976 the area under vine has increased from 5 to 15 Hectares. Since 2007, Judith has run the winery on the basis of Biodynamic principles, focusing on the art of vine growing and cultivating the vines in harmony with their surroundings.
In Judith's own words,
'With Hunny Bunny we are further exploring the spectrum of Blaufränkisch. Maceration only for 3 days, but whole grapes.
The result is a very light, drinkable, but nonetheless multi-layered, light red wine.
Because we can't get enough of it ourselves and the bottle is always empty too quickly, this wine is our favourite, our Hunny Bunny.'
