Gary and Nick Farr make this wine. Gary worked 10 vintages with Dujac in Burgundy. A mix of Dijon and Penfolds 58 clones are used. The wine is aged in 30% French oak following organic principles. Wonderfully refined Burgundian like nose with aromatics of white peaches, other stone fruits and citrus with hints of dried honey, cashew and subtle spicy nougat.
