Marc Isart who was one of the founding members of the 'Comando G' group stepped out and back to his home town of Chinchon outside Madrid. Marc has worked with biodynamics and was keen to work in the truly traditional way with old vine Garnacha from Gredos and vinifies the wine in Chinchon. This is his first full vintage of ageing his wines in Tinajas (amphora). The wines are fully of energy ,have great structural acidity and purity of fruit. He has managed to keep the alcohol down to 13% which is an achievement in this extremely hot part of Spain.
