Nicole has taken over the estate from her father Francois since 2006. She runs it organically/biodynamically ( un-certified). Neal Martin commented in 2014 'a perennial under-achiever...no longer the case and is rapidly becoming one of my favourite vignerons in the appellation' Usually 80% destemmed with the balance of whole bunch the wines are aged in approximately 60% new oak which is a reduction on the old methodology, and is bottled after 16-20 months without fining or filtration.
This is an estate to watch.
