This wine was vinified and aged without sulfur, though a slight addition was made at bottling.\u003cbr\u003eClassic Dodane texture of bright, puckered but juicy up front fruit held together with an elegant layered mineral texture.\u003cbr\u003eFabrice Dodane studied enology in Beaune and worked at a Pupillin cooperative before joining Domaine de Saint Pierre as manager in 1989. He took full control in 2011 after the owner's passing. Based in Matheny, the 6ha estate spans Arbois and Côtes du Jura AOCs, with limestone and marl soils. Certified organic in 2012, all wines ferment with native yeasts in tanks or neutral barrels.
