Winemaker Julien Mareschel might not have much space to work with, but he certainly makes the most of it. Three and a half of the domaine's five hectares are dedicated to growing white varieties (Chardonnay and Savagnin), with the remaining hectare and a half going to red (Trousseau, Pinot Noir and Ploussard). Half of the vines are more than 30 years old, and the other half were planted between 1985 and 1990, and the estate is entirely organic\/biodynamic.\u003cbr\u003eFrom the famous South facing slope vineyard, Côte de Feule. It is a cuvée from  from a terroir of very deep Triassic red marl. Manual harvest, manual destemming, semi-carbonic maceration for around 20 days including 2 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration. Aged in casks for 10 months. No sulphur.
