Yves Cuilleron has a very personal and respectful method of growing the vines and treating the soils. He follows a Lutte Raisonnee methodology . He is the 3rd generation winemaker and the Viognier used in this wine is sourced from the south facing steep hills overlooking the Rhone river at the village of Chavanay on granite and alluvial soils. The wines are fermented and aged in old cask.
