This is one of the most prestigious names, and sought after wines, in the Rhone Valley. The estate is run organically and the wine is a blend of 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah and the remaining 5% is a taken up with all the remaining varietals permitted. The wine undergoes 18 months ageing in a mixture of large wood foudres.
