This Saumur Blanc is made from biodynamically grown Chenin Blanc grapes that are hand harvested from the slopes surrounding Saumur. With ripe white fruits there is a lovely hint of toast on the nose. On the palate there are flavours of pear and quince complemented with a long mineral finish.
