Cyprien Arlaud manages the 18h/a estate. They converted to organics first and in 2009 to biodynamics. They have introduced inter-vine ploughing using horses and have noted a great improvement in soil health. In 2016 they lost approximately 50% of their crop due to frost damage but the surviving grapes were ripe and clean. According to Cyprien the style is fresh, aromatic and impressively transparent.
