Roger took over the family estate from his father in 1973. This grower champagne is a biodynamic estate and the vines are grown in Illite soils which are rich in nutrients. He is certified organic, hand harvests the grapes and ages them in used Burgundian casks, mostly from Meursault. There is 3g/l dosage. This is a Blanc de Blanc using 100% Chardonnay.
